Joe founded The Joe Dye Group in 2024. For nearly a decade, Joe has worked on the frontlines of political campaigns and redistricting battles across the country.
Before starting The Joe Dye Group, Joe worked with the ACLU of Florida as a Legal Program Associate and Redistricting Data Analyst where he helped spearhead efforts to promote fair maps in Florida at every level of government.
Prior to his work with the ACLU, Joe worked on the campaign of Leon County Commissioner David O'Keefe and previously with the Florida House Democratic Office.
A native of Maryland, Joe is a graduate of Florida State University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and Government. Currently, Joe is a 1L at the Florida International University College of Law in Miami where he resides.

Before joining the The Joe Dye Group team as Partner, Chris was an Account Executive at Sena | Kozar Strategies in Washington D.C.
As part of the Sena | Kozar Accounts team, Chris served as a client point of contact for media buy and production invoicing as well as tracking media production and buying timelines.

Before joining the The Joe Dye Group team as Partner, Chris was an Account Executive at Sena | Kozar Strategies in Washington D.C.
As part of the Sena | Kozar Accounts team, Chris served as a client point of contact for media buy and production invoicing as well as tracking media production and buying timelines. He also provided support for all aspects of the strategic and creative process, including conducting research, tracking competitive spending and creative for television, radio and digital media, as well as drafting scripts and developing ad concepts.
Prior to joining Sena | Kozar, Chris served as Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to Commissioner Brandon Presley at the Mississippi Public Service Commission.
Before joining Presley’s team, he worked on several legislative and congressional campaigns in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including helping lead U.S. Congressman Richard Neal to victory in his 2020 Democratic primary for Congress.
A Massachusetts native, Chris graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire and holds an Executive Development and Public Service Program certification from the Stennis Institute of Government at Mississippi State University.
